Terms and conditions

Availability of Florals 

• At No.7 Botanicals, we pride ourselves in providing the freshest florals by working closely with our suppliers and partners. 
• Due to many factors such as supply flow, shipping delays, freshness of florals, we may alter the flowers as we deem suitable to deliver the best possible bouquet and service to our clients.

Delivery 

• We will only accept your orders if it's at least 2 to 3 days in advance. This is to ensure that we get can your desired flowers & other necessary materials ready.
• For all delivery, address and recipient details are to be provided to ensure ease of delivery 
• Do ensure that the recipient is available to receive the florals within the stipulated time frame agreed/provided 
• We seek your understanding that delivery timings cannot be customised during peak periods such as Valentine's Day/ Mother's Day etc. due to high volume. 

Order cancellation/Rescheduling 

• All cancellation of order should be informed 2 days in advance and unfortunately we would not be able to offer a refund as cost has been incurred to purchase the florals. 
• However, if you would like to reschedule, we would be able to do that with 2 days advanced notice with no charge. 

Returns and Refunds

• Returns cannot be processed as flowers are perishable items. 
• In the event where the florals received are not satisfactory, please forward a photo to us immediately (with a time stamp) and we will assess the situation on a case-by-case basis. 

Notification of change 

• We reserve the right to change these terms from time to time as it sees fit and your continued use of the site will signify your acceptance of any adjustment to these terms. You are therefore advised to re-read this statement on a regular basis.

Notice of agreement 

• Any participation in this service will constitute acceptance of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service. Your continued use of the site will signify your acceptance.
